Refunds are subject to approval based on the amount of work already performed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. Requests will undergo a review period, and if a partial or full refund is granted, it will be processed and delivered within 60 days of the cancellation date.
Upon completion of the Agreement, the Client will own the final deliverables unless otherwise specified. The Company may use pre-existing software for designing, building, modifying, publishing, hosting, and delivering requested services. The Client is responsible for maintaining, licensing, and assuming all ongoing costs, fees, and compensation for using this software.
Cancellation requests for reasons of no work product delivered will be considered for approval. For cancellations based on other reasons, the company will make determinations at its discretion. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
